Student Mail:

New students are assigned a mailbox during their orientation. (Note: It is important that the student's box number is placed on all mailings to ensure an efficient delivery.)

 

Student Mail/Package Pickup:

Students receive first class mail directly from their mailbox. Package mail may be received at the campus post office "Package Pick-up" window during business hours. USPS, UPS, FedEx & DHL deliver and pickup mail typically between 11:00 am - 3:00 pm, Monday - Friday).

 

Package Pickup Process:

Packages are sorted to pick-up shelves with electronic notification (via email or text) distributed to students after processing is complete. (Sorting times may vary based on carrier arrival...) After receiving notification, students should bring their ID card to the package window to pick up their packages.

 

Mail/Carrier Information:

Students may receive mail via the following carriers...USPS, UPS, FED-EX & DHL.

Students may send mail via the following carriers... USPS, FedEx & UPS.

 

Other Products and Services available:

Stamps, stamped envelopes, padded mailers and boxes are available.

White and colored paper of various weights & sizes (up to 11x17)

 

Forms of Payment:

Personal checks (Payable to "Covenant College") and cash are accepted.

10:30 AM - UPS / FedEx / DHL (Carrier pickup times may vary...)
