Student Accounts Calendar
Early August 2024
Fall Semester: Tuition & fees are billed during the first week of August. Institutional
aid is also posted at this time. The first e-bills of the academic year are sent out
via email to students and parents. Please make sure the Records Office has the correct
email address for the parent(s).
Late August
Federal regulations require that we disburse federal grants and loans no sooner than
10 days before the first day of classes. We will begin posting federal funds to the
student accounts 10 days before classes start, and then send a second round of e-bills
out.
August 30
Fall payment deadline. Unpaid balances at the end of each month will incur a charge
at the monthly rate of 0.792% (9.5% APR).
December 6
Payment deadline: **All Fall semester balances must be paid at this time in order
to view final grades and return for classes in the Spring. **
