Rodney Miller joined Covenant in 1987 and currently oversees all functions related to academic records through the management of the Office of Records. Rodney is responsible to develop, interpret, and enforce institutional policies and procedures regarding enrollment and academic program requirements. Rodney has five grown children and serves as a deacon at Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church.

David Darden joined Covenant in 2008 and serves in the Office of Records, assisting with course registration and the management of academic records. He supports the College by coordinating registration, tracking students' degree progress, evaluating transfer credits, and other duties. David and his family attend Silverdale Baptist Church.

Barbara Wingard joined Covenant in 2011 and provides administrative support for the Office of Records. Barbara assists with procedures regarding enrollment and registration for the traditional academic programs, and specifically for the graduate (MAT and MEd) programs in the education department. Barbara and her husband John (a faculty member in Covenant's philosophy department) have three children and are members of Lookout Mountain Presbyterian Church.
